I've posted a patch here: [1] As I said, it is not meant to be complete.  I
understand there are some obvious typos which must be fixed ASAP.

It looks to me like "abril" is preferred while "abrial" being an alternative
spelling.  What do you think?

I have added your suggestion to the patch although I hesitate.  From your
sources again it looks to me like "julhet" is the preferred form. 
Consequently, "jul." or "julh." (with a trailing dot) should be an abbreviated
form of "julhet" since all other abbreviated forms hare a trailing dot.  The
abbreviation "julh" (without a dot) would look good to me only if "julh" was a
full form (a case when the full form is so short that we don't need to
abbreviate it at all).

Again, I can't speak Occitan, this is just my guessing and I leave the final
decision to the experts.
