[PATCH] oc_FR locale: Fix spelling of Thursday and Jul (abmon) (BZ #25639)

Posting here because I'd like to hear a feedback from the original
reporter and possibly from anyone interested. What do you think,
Quentin?
This patch is not meant to be complete, I am going to keep the bug
report open for a possible further discussion.

As reported by a native speaker:
Thursday: "dijóus" -> "dijòus" (also confirmed by CLDR)
Jul: "jul." -> "julh" (this is not yet handled by CLDR)
