glibc manual on www.gnu.org is out of date

I think I've resolved everything related to bug 33434:

However, there appear to be redirects installed on the gnu.org
side that are forwarding the request.

For example the file exists:
https://web.cvs.savannah.gnu.org/viewvc/libc/libc/manual/html_node/index.html?view=log

The following should work:
https://www.gnu.org/software/libc/manual/html_node/index.html

But it redirects to:
https://sourceware.org/glibc/manual/

It looks like there is a redirect setup for manual.

We need to get that resolved on the gnu.org side.
