  * Discussed the requirements for FMA for binary64 as part of having the best performance using the new CORE-MATH implementation.
   * Discuss setting the expectation that hardware must provided FMA for binary64 reasonable performance.
  * aarch64: support shadow stack in clone3 (Yury)
   * Discussed re-use of thread stacks.
   * Needs review.
   * Next steps are for Yury to write up a direction for this new feature.
