FWIW, I'm not really too keen on modifying the ezmlm configuration for
this. I don't know what the side effects will be and I'm not really
interested in supporting the inevitable end-user queries when things
don't work exactly as they expect.
I'm comfortable with telling people "no html". I'm not comfortable with
being expected to debug why their html attachment (which they think
should be fine) is being bounced.
