The expected form of a patch email is:
1. Body
2. ChangeLog
3. Inline patch.
If your MUA will not allow you to inline the patch or your MUA mangles
the patch, then I suggest you create a bugzilla entry for this issue.
In the bugzilla entry you can fill in all the details you have here,
including the ChangeLog, and *attach* the patch to the buzilla issue.
