Sourceware users may be created in two ways:

1. Ask them fill in https://sourceware.org/cgi-bin/pdw/ps_form.cgi. This goes to a queue accessible on a web page, and to emails to overseers as well as a project maintainer.
2. Check with project policy as to whether the designated project approver is sufficient. ?GCCApprovalPolicy
3. As root, run /sourceware/infra/bin/qcreate-user FIRSTNAME LASTNAME

Or:

1. As root, run useradd, vigr etc. by hand, you masochist.

Existing users may need to be added to new groups as they move between projects. This is done not by the above form, but via email to overseers@, and is handled manually via # vigr.
