Another XconqAPI update

I've update the files again.  I've include the files from tcltk and x11 now, although they're not documented yet.  I just finished actions.c throgh check_repair_action.

Some of you may have explored the files more than others, but I've included the code, which appears with the Doxygen comments stripped with line numbers, and if you look at the data structures, you see a graph of other data structures that that data structure references, or is reference by as part of the documentation.  If you look at the code of action.c, you can see what I renamed parameters to for pre-no-action through check_repair_action.


This time, I hope I get the url right:

the character in front of xconqapi should be a tilde.
