I re-Doxygened the latest update and a few minor changes to http:

So at least the sources are up to date.  I make a few corrections, but only minor changes to the cocumentation.  I'm still finishing up on the configure.in, which is a real learning experience.  I've been experimenting with adding some doumentation for the .def files, but I espect the only real solution is to write some scripts to process the *.def files as well as the *.h files and procuce some dox files using templates of some sort.
