Modified tkconq.tcl file

Here's my modified file for Tcl8.4.1. If some other people could try it on other platformss, I'd appreciate it. The -pad option appears two other places, but I'm just in the process of learning Tcl/Tk so I'm not quite sure how to modify them. Those files are tcltk/imfapp.tcl and tcltk/BWidget/panedw.tcl.
