I like this one a lot. xtconq and the unix tcltk xconq don't share
enough code to justify the current setup, which is confusing. I'd
just copy stuff over (and not worry about duplicating it; x11/xconq.c
is s small file).
I'm more or less indifferent to the rest of the changes you propose.
