White on yellow problem solved

I have now checked in a version of tkconq.tcl where the foreground colors
of all items is set explicitly, just like the background colors. The
default foreground color is black. This should solve the problem with
inherited X colors. If you prefer to run white foreground on blue
background, this is now also possible by changing the default colors in
tkconq.tcl.
