How to use the Xconq Win32 binaries

One more thing: you also need to have tcltk installed on your system in a
place where it can be found. If nothing else works, just drop the folders
named tcl8.3 and tk8.3 from the ActiveState distribution into the xconq/lib
directory. Then xconq will find them for sure.
