How to use the Xconq Win32 binaries

1. First, get the binaries I just uploaded. A bug involving the library
path has been fixed. The file is now also in the ZIP format, for those of
you who had problems with the gzipped file.
2. Unzip the binaries and put them in the top (xconq) directory of a fresh
CVS checkout.
3. Also put tcl83.dll and tk83.dll from the ActiveTcl8.3.4.3 distribution
in the top directory.
4. Launch the app.

P.S. Those who still use Cygwin to build the Windows app will now have to
move it manually to the top (xconq) directory before launching it. This is
because the default app location and with it the libaray path has been
changed.
