Xconq network setup improvements

I have checked in a number of changes aimed at making the network game
easier to use. You can now store host, port, and (most importantly) your
player name in the prefs file. The player name can also be set from the
chat dialog. This makes things a lot easier on systems where you don't have
a user name that can be automatically retrieved.

The display of player info has been simplified. It is now in the format
playername + ainame (if present). No more ",mplayer@::0.0." and other
cryptic strings. The player entry has also been moved to its own line in
the side display (right under the side name) so that you always can read it
without resizing the side display pane. The code that recognizes your own
player has been fixed, so this player is now always named "You" rather than
"WinTCL" or whatever.

Some other fixes include a linefeed problem in the chat dialog and correct
display of sides that finished the turn in the side display.
