I plan to release some test binaries for Windows and MacOS soon (I know I
have been saying that for a while, but it wont be much longer now, I hope).
BTW, xconq now compiles natively under Windows (using either MS Visual C++
or CodeWarrior) so there is no need to use Cygwin any longer. If you do,
you should use Cygwin-b20 (the last version that you could download a
complete installer for), not the current net-install-only version, since
the tcltk in the CVS repository is specifically adapted for Cygwin-b20.
