The "immediate wreck" code

Ah yes. I've checked in the enclosed patch which seems to fix it.

* kernel/help.c (describe_utype): Fix cut-and-paste error
(ut_vanishes_on -> ut_wrecks_on) which led to the help wrongly
describing ut_wrecks_on.
