Connect button in tkconq.tcl

Hi,

i forgot:

xconq is segfaulting under certain circumstances as reported
at [1]. There is also a patch available at the same location 
from Andreas Rottmann which fixes this problem. 

However tere is a small typo in the patch. I can send a working
patch if desired.
