Actually, Hans, anyone with checkin access can work on the web site.

Just follow the instructions at
http://sources.redhat.com/xconq/cvs.html but change

cvs -z 9 -d :pserver:anoncvs@sources.redhat.com:/cvs/xconq co xconq

to 

cvs -z 9 -d :pserver:anoncvs@sources.redhat.com:/cvs/xconq co htdocs

I've checked in the suggested fix to lists.html.
