proposed docs update patch

Attached is a complete patch I got by regenerating docs using make -C
doc/SystemTap_Tapset_Reference and scripts/update-docs using the aforementioned
patch.

For my reference, following is a list of packages/binaries needed to generate
the docs on my system: latex dvips ps2pdf texlive-array texlive-babel
texlive-babel-english texlive-ec texlive-fancybox texlive-fancyhdr
texlive-fancyvrb texlive-float texlive-fullpage texlive-geometry
texlive-latex-tools texlive-listings texlive-mathdesign texlive-charter
texlive-preprint texlive-tools /usr/bin/fop /usr/bin/mf xmlto xmlto-tex
