[Bug testsuite/4332] New: On PPC the systemtap.syscall tests is building 32-bit binaries for 64 bit tests.

On PPC the systemtap.syscall tests is building 32-bit binaries for 64 bit tests.

The test programs (acct, dir, clock...)  are built as 32-bit by default.  The
-m64 flag must be added for the 64-bit tests.
