No worries!
In case of moving Cygwin functionality to newlib, it's ok to keep the
whole thing on the newlib ML. We did that already a couple of times
when RTEMS needed definitions already in Cygwin.
However, Mazen, please split your patch into a patchset with one
patch per affected system header.
