libc Unicode update patches

Hi,
as just announced in a response mail, I'm providing revised patches to 
update newlib libc Unicode data to Unicode 10.0 and automate the update 
process.
This time I've formatted them as git patches, but zipped them together. 
They can be downloaded here:

Sending a zip archive to this list is apparently silently discarded. 
Using git-email does not work as I don't have sendmail (tried ssmtp but 
my mail hoster replies 550 invalid DNS MX or A/AAAA resource record). 
Sending with Thunderbird mangles whitespace (as also recently reported 
here), so if zip download is not appreciated for whatever reason, I'm 
asking for instructions how to successfully submit...
