It is the same branch as used by the "official" ARM toolchain - 
https://launchpad.net/gcc-arm-embedded - and it's mentioned in the 
info.txt file in the packages of bleeding-edge-toolchain - 
svn://gcc.gnu.org/svn/gcc/branches/ARM/embedded-4_9-branch
