[PATCH] Change idt64.ld to also accept MIPS32r2 objects

I committed the idt32.ld change below.  It was tested with the GCC testsuite
on mipsisa32r2-elfoabi with mips-sim-idt32{,-mips16}{-mips32,-mips32r2}.
