Thanks.  Committed the idt64.ld change after retesting with
{,-mips16}{-mips32,-mips32r2,-mips64,-mips64r2} on the mipsisa64r2-elfoabi
target.  This is BTW still not all the multilibs (this config has 18) but all
the ISA-related ones.

Now onto idt32.ld.
