I want to build a toolchain for arm with gcc-3.4.3 newlib-1.14 binuts-2.16.95,where can I get help?

I have recently built an arm-elf toolchain using gcc 4.1, binutils 2.17 and newlib cvs head.  I can supply details if you want.  Is there a reason why you want to use those older versions?
