[PATCH]: Added EOVERFLOW

Hi,

as the subject says, I added EOVERFLOW to errno.h.  This error code is now
returned by Cygwin's mmap(2) under the following condition as per SUSv3:

[EOVERFLOW]
    The file is a regular file and the value of off plus len exceeds the
    offset maximum established in the open file description associated
    with fildes.
