gcc 3.2 CVS + newlib CVS status report

Don't know.  I guess that's tonight's project. :)

Remember I ONLY BUILT C -- not C++ or any other language.
My normal reports try to build everything. 

I am also going to crank up 3.2 with all languages to
see how it does overnight.

this is the hppa1.1-proelf failure:
