Newlib-1.8.0 missing mips/idtecoff.ld

Hello Bob,

I grabbed /anonymous@ftp.cygnus.com:/pub/newlib/newlib-1.8.0.tar.gz
and the install fails on missing mips/idtecoff.ld.  I noticed from
the latest ChangeLog that you added this.

	* mips/crt0.S: Added GCRT0 #ifdef for profiling support.

	* mips/Makefile.in (SCRIPTS): Added idtecoff.
	(PCRT0): Added.

	* mips/idtecoff.ld: Added. Add crt0.o startup entry.


Is there a place that I can grab the missing stuff or do you
recommend that I remove idtecoff from the SCRIPTS variables?
