3.2.1 happened to be the version I had installed locally. Didn't
realize there was a 3.3 version. Sounds good to use 3.3.

If you can prepare a patch for glibc git that then I'll update the
buildbot to use that version of gperf.

It is what the autoregen buildbot is based on :)

Lets update it to mention gperf 3.3 is the version that is to be used
to regenerate these two files.
