2.1.3 tomorrow (?)

Besides the patch I've send for locale/programs/ld-ctype.c, I don't
see any more problems.  I've installed the current CVS version on i686
and use it currently.  I also run make;make check on PowerPC and
Alpha.

I'm looking forward to the release.

Please do remember to note in your announcement that the localedata
files have to be regenerated!
