<bits/waitflags> broken in current CVS

Hi Uli,

I get tons of warnings:
../sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/bits/waitflags.h:21: #error "Never include <bits/waitflags.h> directly; use <sys/wait.h> instead."
In file included from ../stdlib/stdlib.h:38,
                 from ../include/stdlib.h:7,

The line:
#define	_STDLIB_H	1

has to be moved before the inclusion of <bits/waitflags.h>.

Sorry, no time now for a patch - I'll do it later if you're not
faster;-)
