Some more patches for NULL change

With Uli's recent change to dlfcn.h, we don't have NULL anymore in some headers
- but now the current CVS version of glibc doesn't compile anymore
:-(.

Besides my patch iconv/gconv.c (sent already) the following patches
are needed.
