[Patch] Build failure current CVS version

With the current mainstream version I now get:

gconv.c: In function `__gconv':
gconv.c:39: `NULL' undeclared (first use in this function)
gconv.c:39: (Each undeclared identifier is reported only once
gconv.c:39: for each function it appears in.)

I'm appending a patch.
