glibc 2.1.2pre1

I managed to upload the 2.1.2pre1 tarballs to egcs and kernel.org.  Maybe
somebody can upload them to alpha (or Roland's script does this automatically,
I don't know).

Anyhow, somebody might want to take a look at the kernel.org directory.  Since I uploaded the file first as glibc-2.1.2 the sign and bz2 automation over there produced new files with this name.  Perhaps somebody can mail the adminstrator.
