gcc 2.95 and Linux/alpha

Wait, on Linux/alpha, gcc 2.95 made DWARF2 based EH as default. That
means C++ ABI on linux/alpha is changed. But there are also problems
with glibc since those changes may have to be in sync. It is a very
tricky problem. I believe it only affects linux/alpha. Please talk
to linux/alpha people about gcc 2.95. We can even just bump the c++
INTERFACE only for linux/alpha. But there still is a glibc problem
since glibc compiled with egcs 1.1.2 is different from the one
compiled with gcc 2.95.
