How does one get cvs access to glibc-2.0.96 ?

How does one get cvs access to glibc-2.0.96 ? I usually pick up the latest
glibc from gnu.alpha.org, but it seems that there is now  cvs access to
the sources, and I don't know the location or the password. If it is not a
secret could someone fill me in or point me to relevant documentation ?
