Hi,

Beside adding the changes Andreas S. sent me (which among others
introduce a generic backtrace() implementaton) I've written quite a
lot of documenation (for AIO and LFS) which probably contains a high
number of typos and other errors.  Native English speakers might want
to take this as a hint! ;-)
