I appreciate your frustration here, but a major factor in why this
argument has been so contentious and has dragged on for so long is
that libc-alpha is the *only* venue where everyone with a stake in the
outcome can participate.  Therefore, that's the only venue where the
argument can legitimately happen.  Any discussion at all that happens
anywhere else brings back the spectre of the decision being a
stitch-up.

So I really must insist that you post your entire proposal to the
list, not just a link, and I really must insist that you discuss
it here and nowhere else, especially not in any synchronous meeting.
