Thanks for the quick review and the clarification. None of the RISC-V _ZGV* symbols have ever entered glibc master.

The out-of-tree base is Zhijin's [RFC V4] from November 2024 (https://sourceware.org/pipermail/libc-alpha/2024-November/161214.html). It stalled before merging, and glibc master still lacks RISC-V libmvec infrastructure, so there is no upstream baseline to build on.
This RFC presents the full delta for feedback, particularly since the psABI mangling is not yet finalized. It is not a merge-ready series.
