    In general we were surprised that gcc and binutils were upstreamed
    given that the standard is "Alpha" which means it might change.
  * Claudiu: We tried hard to make sure we reached out to appropriate
    people before committing to gcc and binutils.
  * Yury: There is some concern that there might be change, and how we do markup.
  * Yury: [v2] tests: posix: use cpu clock for sleep
  * Carlos: I've asked DJ to review comments on that again.
