Not really worried about this.
Two weeks after release is by far enough to stumble on any hypothetical release
screwups that would require urgent adressing.
(Fedora will have it probably in rawhide, Gentoo in testing, hey Arch might already
have long upgraded stable users by then...)
And once the switchover has taken place, from a technical viewpoint, git is git.
