 * tzset_internal: do not reset old_tz if no change from default value (Dominique)
  * Marking dropped. Since poster noted the patch is not required because locks are taken.
 * Remove dl-procinfo.h (Adhemerval)
  * Reviewer Pool: Florian
 * malloc: Improve tcache double-free detection (Ben)
  * Discussed performance impact of the changes. Wilco will comment on the thread.
  * Carlos: The best first question here from a review is: What is the performance and test methodology?

  * Already committed.
 * Stopping at 106950.
 * Wilco raised the issue of pre-commit CI failing after upgrading minmum gcc.
  * Carlos: I responded on the list that we need to upgrade all pre-commit CI to pass and that we should collaborate with everyone.
