Review new patches and restart review at the top.
* State NEW delegate NOBODY at 522 patches.
* Carlos's SLI at 399 days average patch age in queue and 211943 accumulated patch days.
* Starting at 107024.
* debug: Improve '%n' fortify detection (BZ 30932) (Adhemerval)
* Reviewer Pool: Arjun Shankar
* [1/4] LoongArch: Optimize f{max,min}imum{,f} (Xi)
* Marked superseded.
* [v2,1/4] LoongArch: Optimize f{max,min}imum{,f} (Xi)

* Should approve.
* RISC-V: add multiarch RVV support for memcpy using FMV IFUNC (daichengrong)
* Needs machine maintainer review.
* manual: Mark perror as MT-unsafe and update check-safety.sh (Carlos)
* Adhemerval approved.
* x86 (__HAVE_FLOAT128): Defined to 0 for Intel SYCL compiler [BZ #32723] (HJ)
* Reviewed by Sam James. Marked Committed.
* [v2] sysdeps/ieee754: Fix remainder sign of zero for FE_DOWNWARD (BZ #32711) (Sergei)
* Changes requested.
* Joseph asked for all tests to be valid, but this particular test can be marked as XFAIL for IBM double-double.
* [1/1] elf: Canonicalize $ORIGIN in an explicit ld.so invocation [BZ #25263] (Geoffrey Thomas)
* Adhemerval: I'll review.
* Pass -Wl, --no-error-execstack for tests where -Wl, -z, execstack is used [PR32717] (Sam)

* Carlos: Marked rejected and updated the list.
* [v4] elf: Extend glibc.rtld.execstack tunable to force executable stack (BZ 32653) (Adhemerval)
* Reviewer Pool: Wilco Dijkstra
* Stopping at 106352.
* Wilco: I pinged a few patches. Does that make them come up again here for review?
* Carlos: No, pinging patches only pings people on the TO/CC etc. To raise patches to the top of the review queue requries resubmission to the list, or raising in the Monday review meeting.
* Yury: In general can we backport extra tests to the release branches?
* Carlos: Absolutely. Post to libc-stable that you did the backport, and ensure they don't fail or mark xfails as required.
* Adhemerval: Getting back to memory sealing work. How to define a way to specify a memory range to not apply sealing if the process wants to?
* Carlos: I don't think we should be imposing any of these constraints on users. The tooling needs to resolve this transparently for users. Binutils needs to be configured for minimum and maximum page size.
* Adhemerval: We can define PT_GNU_MUTABLE with different semantics.
