Step 6.22 seems to be about the glibc pages at
https://www.gnu.org/software/libc/ but the manual is on sourceware in
the glibc-htdocs repo. Specifically the pages under
https://sourceware.org/glibc/manual/
Those are at https://sourceware.org/cgit/glibc-htdocs/tree/manual
Everybody in the glibc group should be able to check those in. I just
don't see the process described. But I assume it works just like the
snapshot build does it. Just by hand?
