I'd suggest posting the series, even if we don't consider them for 
inclusion now.  We can go ahead with review work so that they're 
hopefully ready to integrate as soon as the trunk is open for 
development again.

Did y'all also take care of the GCC side of this?  It'd definitely be 
interesting for the next release of both GCC and GLIBC.
