Review new patches and restart review at the top.
* State NEW delegate NOBODOY at 517.
* Starting at 102681
* Florian has to leave at the half-hour.
* Carlos: Status of getenv?
* Florian: Incremental improvement and fixes are in place for 2.41.
* Florian: Commented on the pthread_condvar fixes.
* Carlos: Note that this is not in-place-upgrade safe, but I'll go back and review what we can do in the case of pshared=1 for the condvar recovery.
* Fix unbalanced nwaiters counting in sem_wait (bug 32436) (Andreas)
* Reviewer Pool: Adhemerval.
* [v5] Add TEST_CC and TEST_CXX support (HJ)
* Changes requested by Sam James.
* Carlos: Noted that this fails CI.
* [v3] ungetc: Guarantee single char pushback (Siddhesh)
* Asked Maciej for review to get this ready.
* [v1] powerpc64le: ROP Changes for context/Jump assembly (Sachin)
* Review requested from Peter Bergner.
* Andreas: Ran into issues running the glibc testsuite because the gawk mp was not enabled during build. The more difficult issues is that mpfr usage in gawk may not be supported in the future and gawk suggests we not use the features.
* Carlos: Yes, this would need changes to the test cases to not use gawk.
* Note 1: https://www.gnu.org/software/gawk/manual/html_node/MPFR-On-Parole.html
* Note 2: https://inbox.sourceware.org/libc-alpha/4940805.GXAFRqVoOG@pinacolada/
* Andreas: What features and patch series should be in 2.41?
* https://inbox.sourceware.org/libc-alpha/1985353.PYKUYFuaPT@pinacolada/
* Discussed briefly MADV_GUARD_INSTALL/REMOVE which is very new and present only since October 2024. Needs review and implementation in glibc.
* Yury: v5 doesn't yet fix the suggestion that Adhemerval makes for layering with memory sealing.
