That is:

+yesstr  "是"
+nostr   "没有"

I asked a colleague (Peng Wu <pwu@redhat.com>) who is a native speaker
of Chinese and he said the yesstr is OK but the nostr should be "不是".
I’ll commit that change with him as the author.
