[PATCH 1/1] yesstr/nostr missing for Xhosa language locale

During Locale verification i observed that
yesstr and nostr  are missing for Xhosa language locale
for South Africa

[BZ #21724]
       * locales/xh_ZA (LC_MESSAGES): add yesstr and nostr
